FAQ
Q: Do you provide all meals and snacks?
A: Yes, we participate with the USDA food program to be able to provide our students with two meals and a snack at no extra cost to parents.
Q: Do you provide infant formula and baby food?
A:Yes, because we are participants in the USDA food program we are able to supply home made baby food and Iron enriched formula to our infants. however keep in mind that if your baby uses a specific brand you are responsible to provide it.
Q: Is it okay to breastfeed my baby on site if necessary?
A:Yes, you can nurse your baby in the office or nursery as long as you use a nursing cover and it does not interfere with our daily activities.
Q: Are diapers and wipes included in tuition?
A:No, however the cost of providing these items can be calculated into your weekly tuition if you so choose.
Q: Can I send cloth diapers and homemade wipes to your program.
A:We do not allow homemade wipes to be used for sanitary reasons. However we do allow cloth diapers if a parent so chooses. Parents must provide an air-tight container and waterproof liner for storage. Also keep in mind that we do not dump or rinse waste.
Q:Are there any other Fee i should know about?
A: Yes, please see your tuition agreement and parent handbook.
Q: Do I need to pay tuition when my child is not in care?
A: Yes, your tuition is a flat yearly rate. based on the spot provided that is broken down weekly for your convenience. You pay regardless of if your child is in attendance or not. Your tuition is used to provide your child with quality care and education year round.
Q: When do you close?
A: We observe the following holidays:

Good Friday - Closed at 4:00PM (Must pay full tuition)
In addition to those closings, we reserve the right to close for inclement weather (when it is unsafe to be on the premises.) and State Emergencies. In these cases full Tuition must be paid. In cases where we close early, tuition rates will not be discounted. However if we are close due to personal reasons it will be unpaid. Each teacher and aid has two week vacations a year. In these cases Haven early learning will provide a substitute and remain open.
